1. first of all make a new document and write your text, i wrote ‘2009′:

Now lets make a shape, so Right Click on the text and select ‘Convert to Shape’:

Go to Layer and select Duplicate Layer, and name it ’shadow’

Now Hide the ‘2009′ shape, click on the black eye to hide the shape:

Select ‘Direct Selection Tool (A)’ and select all the paths using ‘Direct Selection Tool (A)’ as shown below:

Now hold ‘CTRL’ and push the Left and Up arrow key more than 6-10 times until your text become look like this:

Visible the ‘2009‘ shape, click on the black eye to visible the shape, and your text will be like this:

Lets make the text moor attractive, then go to Edit > Transform and Select Perspective and move the ‘blue circled’ square upward, as shown below:

Select the ’shadow’ shape and click on the ‘Add a layer style’ icon and then select Gradient Overlay from the menu, as shown below:

Change your text Gradient Overlay setting look like this:

Now Click on the ‘2009′ shape and click on the ‘Add a layer style’ icon and then select Gradient Overlay from the menu, as shown below:

Change your text Gradient Overlay setting look like this:

Then your text will be look like this:

Ok, we are 60% done, now lets add shadow to the text, Click on the Rectangle Tool(U) and make a rectangle like this:

Go to Edit > Transform and select Perspective and make the rectangle look like this:

Now Click on the Rectangle and click on the ‘Add a layer style’ icon and then select Gradient Overlay from the menu, and Change your text Gradient Overlay setting look like this:

Put the rectangle under ‘2009′ and ’shadow’ shape, as shown below:

Your text will be look like this:

Now lets start making Reflection for the logo, then Select both ‘2009′ and ’shadow’ shape and Right Click on the shape and select Duplicate Layer, as shown below:

Now select the duplicated two shapes to merge it, then Right Click on the duplicated shape and select ‘Merge Layers’, as show below:

Go to Edit > Transform and Flip Vertical and then rotate the shape look like this:

Now Add a layer mask to the duplicated text, as shown below:

Click on Gradient Tool(G) and make the colors black and white as shown below:

To make the Reflection then hold the Gradient from blue circle to black circle, as shown below:

Select the ‘bacground’ and go to Filter > Render and select Lighting Effects, and change the settings as shown below:

Then your text will be look like this:

To make it more beautiful, then click on Brush(B) and then Right Click and select ‘Scattered Leaves’ brush and design the logo for your self, i have done it like this:
