First of All create a new documents, and write any text i wrote ‘gel’ using ‘George’ font:

Now open Character Menu, go to Window and click on Character, and then change the ‘A V’ to -120, as shown below:

Now lets design the text, go to Layer > Layer Style and select Drop Shadow and do the following changes:

Select Inner Glow in the Layer Style menu and do the following changes:

Select Bevel and Emboss in Layer Style menu and do the following changes:

Select Gradient Overlay in the Layer Style menu and do the following changes:

Select Stroke in the Layer Style menu and do the following changes:

And that’s it your are done, the final result is:
