First of all create a new document and then click on Gradient Tool(G) change the gradient color like this:

Now drag the gradient from Red to Blue circle, as shown below: click image to enlarge

Now click on Rectangle Tool(U) and draw a rectangle like this: click image to enlarge

Now lets style the rectangle, go to Layer > Layer Style and select Drop Shadow from the menu and do the following changes:

Go to Layer > Layer Style and select Gradient Overlay from the menu and do the following changes:

Go to Layer > Layer Style and select Stroke from the menu and do the following changes:

Your rectangle will be look like this, now click
on Line Tool(U) and draw a line with this color #b4c5cc, as shown below: click image to enlarge

Click on Marquee Tools(M) and make a selection like this:

Now create a New Layer and Click on Gradient Tool(G) change the gradient color like this:

Now drag the gradient from Red to Blue circle, as shown below: click image to enlarge

Now click on Rectangle Tool(U) and draw a rectangle with #d0dee3 color, as shown below: click image to enlarge

Create a New Layer and then click on Pencil Tool(B) and draw 6 white lines, the upward arrow indicate the lines: click image to enlarge

Click on Ellipse Tools(U) and draw 5 shapes with these colors:

1. #96b4bf,     2. #93b5bf,     3. #94b6c0,     4. #91b3bd,     #5. 9bc0c8

Now lets style the 5 shapes, go to Layer > Layer Style and select Drop Shadow and do the following changes:

Go to Layer > Layer Style and select Stroke and do the following changes:

Now give the same style to the remaining 4 shape like this:

Click on Ellipse Tools(U) and draw 3 shapes with these colors:

1. #218ec7,     2. #2999bf,     3. #057da0

Now lets style the 3 shapes, go to Layer > Layer Style and select Drop Shadow and do the following changes:

Go to Layer > Layer Style and select Stroke and do the following changes:

Now give the same style to the remaining 2 shape and then Write your company name and slogan, as shown below:

Click on Rounded Rectangle Tool(U) and draw a shape with #b4d3d8 colo,r under the logo, as show below:

Now lets style the rounded rectangle, go to Layer > Layer Style and select Drop Shadow and do the following changes:

Go to Layer > Layer Style and select Stroke and do the following changes:
